Withdrawal requests cannot be reversed once approved and submitted to the payment network. Wagering Requirements
All bonuses issued by bd93 are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Bonuses and associated winnings that have not met the wagering requirement by the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
Bonus Abuse

Where bonus abuse is identified, bd93 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the player's account.
Prohibited Conduct
Actions that are strictly forbidden on the bd93 platform.
Prohibited Activities
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in ways not available to standard users
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or collusion with other players
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through any technical exploit or vulnerability
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
- Allowing any third party to access or operate your account on your behalf
Termination & Suspension
Circumstances under which accounts may be suspended or permanently closed.
bd93 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited conduct, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players. Where an account is closed due to a verified breach, any balance held in the account may be forfeited in full.
Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any verified balance remaining in a voluntarily closed account, after deduction of outstanding wagering requirements and applicable processing fees, will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Self-exclusion requests will be actioned within 24 hours of receipt and result in immediate suspension of access to all bd93 services.
Limitation of Liability
The extent of bd93's legal responsibility to players using the platform.
